It’s a job of Pinak Saliya, as a Sr Site Manager to make sure everything runs well on a daily basis and that the project is completed on schedule and within budget.
Prior to the commencement of construction, he is also in charge of hiring employees and preparing the site, which includes constructing temporary offices and amenities.
His duty is to monitor progress and report back to the customer or client’s representatives, to guarantee the safety of the team and site employees, and to solve any difficulties that may emerge.
