Differance betwen Master Builder and Qualified Builder

A master builder is a person who is a member of a Master Builder‘s Association. A master builder doesn’t have to only work on large-scale commercial projects to be considered a master builder. Master builders can work in either the commercial or residential sector, and they can be small or large, specialising or not, and they can be generalists or specialists.

In general, the master builder is seen as the person most responsible for making sure that building work was done well. In addition to knowing how to work with all kinds of building materials, the architect made plans, supervised the work, and often did some of the work himself.

Our Quality

It takes more than just the correct materials and a master builder’s or other specialised training to ensure a high-quality end product. Quality, at R K Construction Ltd, is defined by how satisfied the client is with the whole experience, from the planning stages to the final product.

We consider quality to be things like being on time and communicating effectively, as well as things like using high-quality products, providing excellent service, respecting your property, and being available for questions and concerns even after the project is finished.

Again, quality is measured by how you feel at the end.

What is the time frame for receiving an estimate?

Can I be involved in the process of design & build!

If done moderately, it is the desirable practise.

Architecture, construction, and interior design all revolve on the client. The architect’s whole process is focused on realising the shared vision between them and their client. A customer may have a general idea of what they want in terms of a new structure, a renovated house, an updated interior, etc., but they may not be able to articulate the specifics of their requirement or have a clear vision for the project.

An accomplished architect can provide the customer with sound guidance at every stage of the project, giving the client the confidence to make informed choices.

Why there is differance in price for different project ?

This is because everyone had different products that varied in price and quality.

When it comes to new or renovated projects, the cliche “you get what you pay for” has never been more accurate.

There is no “apples to oranges” comparison.

There are several methods to meet the construction code without jeopardizing the customer’s best interests.

We’ve learned that genuine value helps the majority of customers feel better. We are confident in our capacity to compete, and we encourage cost-cutting measures that allow you to get the most value for your money.
