Axit Dobariya, the Site Manager, prepares the site preparatory to the start of construction work on the project. As part of this process, the site will be set up and activities will be planned. Job responsibilities include developing plans for projects and checking to see that they stay within set parameters (such as cost, scope, and deadlines).
He is present at all times to monitor development and address any problems that may arise during construction.
He interacts not only with clients but also with many different types of experts, such as surveyors, engineers, and architects.
In this role, he is responsible for keeping tabs on temporary workers and coordinating with any necessary third-party vendors.
